Avocado Almond Chocolate Mousse
Serves: 2
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 75ml (1/3 cup) almond milk (or cow, hazelnut, soya - whatever you prefer)
  • 2 tbsp agave nectar, sugar or honey
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp almond extract
  • pinch of salt
  1. Put all ingredients into a blender or food processor, or use a hand-held blender, and blend until smooth.
  2. Put into serving dishes and chill in the fridge for at least an hour.
