Bailey's Pumpkin Spice Latte
A hot cocktail with creamy Baileys and espresso, spiced up with a pumpkin spice mix.

  • 100ml (1/3 cup) Baileys® Original Irish Cream Liqueur
  • 40ml (1/4 cup) Espresso
  • 270ml (1¼ cup) Milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground cloves
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  1. Divide the Baileys® Original Irish Cream Liqueur and espresso between two mugs.
  2. Mix the cinnamon, ginger, cloves and nutmeg in a small dish and set aside.
  3. Heat the milk gently with the vanilla extract and ½ teaspoon of the spice mix.
  4. Carefully froth the hot milk with an aerator or blender until frothy and top up the mugs.
  5. Sprinkle the drinks with a little of the pumpkin spice mix to finish.
  6. Serve immediately.
