Apple Crumble with Honey & Chia Superflakes Topping is a quick, easy and delicious dessert. I've made this one gluten-free by using Nature's Path Superflakes and buckwheat flour.
Mix the spices and sugar in a bowl. Add the apple pieces and mix to coat. Pour the mixture into an ovenproof dish.
In a bowl, mix the crushed cereal, buckwheat flour and coconut sugar together. Using your fingertips, rub the butter into the cereal mixture to combine.
Evenly spread the mixture over the filling, sprinkle with the remaining coconut sugar and bake for 25 minutes or until golden. Serve warm or cold.
